This wood/charcoal grill will make an ideal family companion. It will also be appreciated by sophisticated grill chefs. The grill is made of +-2,5-3mm (+-0,10-0.11) It includes large removable cooking grate 34 long & 10,6" wide. The grate is made of 10 mm (0.4") diameter heat-resistant carbon steel. The grill is designed with an intake vent opening on the lower side for essential air circulation. The grill is coated with a heat-resistant varnish. The middle of the grill is covered with oil. Before using the grill for the first time you need to heat it up so that the oil burns & the varnish acquires its heat-resistant properties. (Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for the quality of the lacquer as I do not make it). I make the grills by hand, so there are slight marks on the product from the production process & processing. Please Pay Attention!
