Presented is a fine set of 12 sterling silver cocktail or seafood forks made by Whiting. This set is in the Louis XV pattern, which was patented in 1891. This set is old, original production. Each handle is accented with a border of scrolling designs. Two of the forks have no monogram, three have a monogram of the letter B, four have a monogram of the initials MF & three have a monogram of the initials BLG. Each fork is marked with the Whiting hallmark, sterling & patent 1891. This set is in excellent condition. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals & no repairs.
