Architect: William N. Bowman. Built from the finest materials, this commercial building features Art Deco murals depicting the history of communications by famed Colorado artist Allen Tupper True (1881-1955). The architecture blends Art Deco & Gothic Revival, a style designated by the owner as Modern American Perpendicular Gothic due to its soaring height, setbacks & Gothic ornamentation. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. The ornamental light fixtures were designed, manufactured & installed by Albert Sechrist Manufacturing Company.
