There is pull-over button placket with a key-hole opening, 4-3/8 inch long butterfly lapels, & puffy short sleeves with buttons. This Mini Dress is meant to be worn fitted, nipped in the waist & flares a bit at the hip. This is in ExCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. This garment has never been worn, & is considered New-Old Vintage Dead-Stock.
