I dyed this beautiful BFL fiber with Acid dyes Because these are tight curls & slightly cotted they may need a little teasing to open them up for carding. These locks are not as defined as the longer ones so probably be more suited for carding or felting & crafting & not individual lock spinning This soft & lustrous fleece was sheared by me from my beautiful BFL ram Elvis. This was his lamb fleece. It was picked of any large vm & second cuts before washing & has very little vm left in it, which should fall out in the carding or spinning process.
