Shoulder Width: Stretching the measuring tape across the back, from the very end of the left shoulder to the end of the right shoulder. Armscye: Wrapping the tape measure from the top of the shoulder, down beneath the armpit & back up to the top of the shoulder. Bicep Girth/Upper Arm: Measure around the widest part of your bicep/upper arm, so that the tape meets on the outer part of the bicep.
