(Actual wood dimensions of a 6x6 post are 5.5" x 5.5"). Our brackets are 22" x 11", they are then bent at a 90-degree angle to fit over the 6x6 posts. (Note: The leg holes are offset). Flat T brackets -A T shape Flat Bracket to add strength to a joint. Bent L’s (90o Angle Bracket) - A bracket bent at 90 degrees to use where you want to add strength to an inside corner.
