We have a large volume of orders with each shop re-opening. These orders are ALL CUSTOM, & I pride my work in making sure each order is made the best it can be & that each detail is taken notice to personally which means that these orders take longer to make as they are not pre-made & ready to ship out. I am also a mother of 2 babies & my husband is in the military & is away for most of the day which leaves me limited times to work on orders each day. Return Policy: Because these are custom ordered & each shirt unique, refunds/returns are not permitted unless the shop is at fault for a mistake in the order or physical damage.
