High gloss enamel with gold plating. For “Seconds Sale” grade purchases: please note the pin you are buying is a “second,” meaning there is a very small cosmetic flaw (like a more noticeable speck or two mixed into the glitter, a low filled enamel channel, small scuff/scratch, a thicker mold line,low amount of glitter, etc.) The small flaws are barely noticeable unless looking at the pin very close in harsh lights. All “seconds sale” pins have ALL the enamel channels filled (I personally consider any pin with an unfilled/blank enamel channel unsuitable for sale.) There is absolutely nothing wrong with the “seconds sale” pinsis just didn’t pass my high quality standards for one of the listed reasons.
