A lovely puffy heart dangles from this antique 10k gold lavalier pendant. The 1920s petite pendant has a mix of gold tones & finish. The 8.7mm x 8mm heart has a matte finish with shiny cared elements. The fancy bail up top has a curvilinear design which compliments the flowy curvy design below. The bail is signed “R” inside of a circle & is stamped, “10k” (gold). The pendant hangs from a vintage 17 3/4-inch 12k gold filled chain with a spring ring clasp marked, “1/20 12k GF”. The vintage chain is new old stock & is in excellent bright yellow condition. Overall, both the pendant & chain are in very good condition.
