Spencer Iron Works made some wonderful stands, ashtrays, door stops etc. We were able to acquire a few pieces at auction & will be adding them to our store here on Etsy from time to time. This is not marked but we bought several of these pieces at the same auction & are pretty sure this was made by Spencer like all the others. Probably held a tray, bowl or plate of some kind.
