Be At Ease is a blend created to calm the overactive mind & naturally balance nervous tension & feelings of anxiousness. Lavender Geranium, & Neroli are all used for reducing agitation & nervous system fatigue. They ease the transition out of the overstimulated, fight or flight response pattern that becomes a habit, & back into a relaxed normal state. The aroma of this blend is bright & citrus with a herbaceous undertone that comes from the Lavender. Neroli & Geranium give it a soft, sweet floral edge. This is yet another blend that I like to use sprinkled on the sleeve of my shirt, or on a tissue so that I can inhale it throughout the day. It can set the mood for a whole room if used in an aromatherapy diffuser, & works well mixed with a carrier oil for massage (15 drops per ounce of carrier oil).
