This book includes five parts. Firstly, it discusses the different definitions of blended learning. Secondly, the advantages of blended learning are examined. Thirdly, it illustrates the basic requirements of a blended learning module. Fourthly, the main technology components of a blended learning module are analysed. Fifthly, the challenges facing blended learning are clarified with suggested solutions to solve these problems. It is the hope of the author that the information in this book will spark the imagination of educators using blended learning while they contemplate and design their own modules.
