The sole-leather part of this sandal is sewn to the rubber sole. in between the two, hid from our eyes run the strap-channels; this is not a fixed-strap sandal, but the straps run through these channels. This gives the adjustable feature of the sandal. Not only the part around your toe & around your ankle, but the strap is adjustable everywhere, because a single strap runs around your feet.
