We have a Candle Snuffer Vintage Metal, collectible home. It is metal with quite a bit breakthrough rust all over. It is about 5 3/4" from the end of the handles to the tip. It is about 1 5/8" in h on the handles. This is very old I would venture to estimate that it is an antique. Candle Snuffer Vintage Metal
