To make it I am rolling out a slab of clay, cut a circle, & shape it as a bowl. When it is dry it goes in the ceramic kiln for a first fire (bisque). The next step is glazing (I use only lead-free glazes) The base is left unglazed, so you can see the natural color of the clay. The second kiln-fire is at a high temperature of 1200C/2192F (stoneware). Color - Available in Turquoise, Green, Light Blue, & Light Green (new color). Please choose your color in the variations section. Size - approx. 6.7" (17 cm) diameter, 2" (5 cm) deep. Capacity of approx. 18.6 oz / 2.3 cups / 550 ml. Price is for 4 bowls.
