This adorable Scandinavian couple are about 4" tall. They are solid concrete & can be sealed for outdoor display. Sealing definitely prolongs the life of any concrete piece. If you are thinking about painting your two gnomes then forgo the sealer & use varnish or other outdoor clear sealant. You can use acrylic paint or outdoor paint. I would not use oils. These guys would be perfect to accent your terrarium or fairy garden. They look great with potted plants too. I think they would be a great conversation piece just sitting on your desk at work.
