A partial set of “Assortment of Correspondence Notes with Authentic Recipes as Used in Restored Williamsburg”. The collection was produced by Charles H. Overly for Williamsburg Restoration Inc., in Williamsburg Virginia. A number of the recipes were copied from Williamsburg Art of Cookery. The collection includes the original box. The recipes are printed with grayscale & green graphics on the front of the notes which open up to a blank page. There are six recipes included: Chicken Pie Scalloped Oysters Sally Lunn Bread Fish House Punch Rum Cream Pie Some of the recipes come from the Bake Shop of the Raleigh Tavern & Kings Arms Tavern & the Christianna Campbell’s Tavern The recipe page is 8 3/4" x 6". The paper is clean & free from tears. The box is intact. An interesting addition to any collection of recipes.
