A Gift Card is a great way to buy a present from MyCustomBobblehead.com Etsy Shop when you’re not sure which design(s) to choose from, do not have the time and/or patience to go over the personalization & review processes or simply you are looking for a last minute gift & it’s already too late to get the gift in time for that special event! HOW TO ORDER 1. Choose a preferred GIFT CARD AMOUNT. Please note that like any other gift card in the market, if the recipient decides to purchase and/or upgrade to a product that is valued at higher price than the amount you purchased the gift card for, he/she will need to pay for the price difference. REAL LIFE ExAMPLE: Say you buy a $5 Coffee Shop Gift card for a friend of yours as a birthday present. When you friend goes to the Coffee Shop for the first time to redeem his/her Gift Card & orders an extra large frozen cappuccino valued at $7.99, he/she will need to pay for the $2.99 difference after redeeming the gift card full amount balance. The same concept applies to our Custom Bobblehead Gift Cards. If you choose to purchase a Gift Card for a total amount lower than the price of the design the recipient would like to personalize, he/she will need to pay for the balance. Choose to email the virtual GIFT CARD to you or to both your & the recipient’s email addresses. If you choose the latter option, please enter the recipient’s email address in the Add your personalization section before you add the Gift Card to the Shopping Bag or send it to us via a separate Etsy Convo upon receiving the Order Confirmation. 3. Proceed to place you order GIFT CARD REDEMPTION PROCESS Depending on which delivery option you selected in step 2 above, please find below the redemption steps you need to take: OPTION 1: SEND IT TO ME ONLY Once purchased, the virtual GIFT CARD with a UNIQUE GIFT CARD / ORDER CODE will be emailed to you along with the Etsy Order Confirmation. Simply print the email message out & give it to anyone you like, anytime you like! OPTION 2: SEND IT TO BOTH ME & THE RECIPIENT As an option, the virtual GIFT CARD can be emailed to you & the recipient - in this case, you need to provide us with the recipient’s email address. Please enter the recipient’s email address in the “Add your personalization” section before you add the Gift Card to the Shopping Bag or send it to us via a separate Etsy Convo upon receiving the Order Confirmation. Whichever option you choose, the GIFT CARD purchase confirmation email will contain detailed instructions as to how the design process works & where to send us the photographs & all the personalization information we need to start the design process.
