Horus was one of the most well-known & powerful Egyptian Sky Gods. His Left eye was plucked out of his head by his jealous brother Set. His eye was repaired by Hathor, but then his original eye was given back to him. He offered his eye to Osiris, his father, to bring him back from the Underworld, so the Eye represents sacrifice, healing, restoration, love & protection. It was given back to Horus so it’s his THIRD EYE. It is said that whoever carries the Eye of Horus will learn the Secrets of Sacred Alchemy from Thoth, the Scribe of the Gods.
