Feathered Friends Snowman which stands 13" tall is a brand new design for 2013. He is made by a wrapping of wool over a Styrofoam & wire frame. I also use touches of needle felting. I have been creating & designing my woolie figures for over 28 years or more under the name of The Ram’s Horn Connection. Whimsical Woolies is my website name.
