This bodice is in lovely shape - it has decorative buttons down the front, & closes with snaps & a hook & eye. There is gathering at the waist (it looks elasticized but it is not), which lend to the lovely shape of this bodice. This piece is wonderful for wear, or great for study! I could also see it used as decor, charming for any vintage interior! MEASUREMENTS : Length: 21 inches long Chest: 30 inches Waist: 26 inches Shoulders across the back: 14 inches Sleeves: 24 inches long from shoulder seam to cuff CONDITION : This bodice is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. This piece is in wonderful condition indeed! some small holes visible when held up to the light. Slight rusting & corrosion on the snaps & hook & eye. All in all, wonderful condition indeed but not without signs of time & use often inherent in these sweet pieces!
