It contains basic recipes that are organized by food classification - Appetizer, Bread, beef, pork, Chicken, Soups, Seafood, Fish, Pasta, Vegetable, pies, cakes, Salads, etc. This is a very complete book in the sense of having a recipe for anything I am likely to cook. I have perfected these recipes over time. As the title reads, From my Kitchen to Yours, I would fix any of these meals for my family.
