The lampwork bead used in this piece was made by me. It features 1 focal lampwork bead (21 mm & 10 mm thick). The pendant is 1.2 inches long. The chain, headpin, spacer beads & clasp (lobster claw) in this piece are made w/stainless steel. I choose stainless steel because it doesn’t tarnish. Silver is a beautiful metal, but within a few months it starts to shift to yellow & then black. It’s nasty. Silver needs to be routinely cleaned to look good & I don’t like that. So, I don’t use it. This item ships same or next day. NOTE : I use stock photos on most of my listings. Not all. One-of-a-kind beads warrant unique pictures. For the rest, I use representative photos. I can get away doing this because, first I’ve been making lampwork beads for over 20 years & I know how to copy myself. Second, when I make a bead I make that bead all day long. Consistency is high when I do this. The next day I inspect each bead & remove any out-liners. I then sell the out-liner beads as loose beads. I’ve included one picture in this listing to show you all what I mean. All beads are similar in appearance & of the same quality. I could take a similar picture for all the beads I make that use stock photos.
