The adjustable base of this cookbook stand is perfect for holding thick or thin cookbooks firmly in place. It’s ideal for those awkward cookbooks that do not lay flat when opened, here’s looking at you magnolia Table cookbooks. No more holding your cookbook open with a heavy pan & rolling pin! Our cookbook stands are made out of pine & purposefully distressed to appear rustic. Please expect some minor chipping around the edges of the stand that were cut, as well as knots, scratches, dings, & handmade bevelling around the edges to give the cookbook stand a primitive look. As with any wood product, wood does expand & contract & they may warp slightly, though this should be minimal if it does happen. Our stands also may have a strong odour from the stain when they arrive, as they are shipped out ASAP & left without a sealant to give them a raw rustic look.
