The grill is made of 3mm (0.11) thick carbon steel & weighs 70,5 lbs. It includes large removable cooking grate 26,4" long & 12,4" wide. The grate is made of 10 mm (0.4") diameter heat-resistant stainless steel. & covers for cooking different dishes. The grill is designed with an intake vent opening on the lower side for essential air circulation. 10mm (0.40") charcoal rack The grill is coated with a heat-resistant varnish. The middle of the grill is covered with oil. Before using the grill for the first time you need to heat it up so that the oil burns & the varnish acquires its heat-resistant properties. (Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for the quality of the lacquer as I do not make it).
