These beautiful Colonial figurines are an estate sale find. They are hand painted porcelain made in Occupied Japan circa 1945 to 1952. They were used as bookends. These measure approximately 5 1/2" in height x 4" in width. There is a small spot where the glaze has chipped off on the back of one of the pair as shown in the photos. They are in very nice vintage condition. The pair make elegant bookends & each one displays wonderfully on its own. They would make a nice addition to a decor or collection. ~ Colonial figurine bookends ~ Made in Occupied Japan ~ Beautiful on display Hand Painted Figurines/Bookends Made in Occupied Japan
