This bowl was thrown on the wheel in stoneware. Several layers of glazes were applied resulting this beautiful effect. This bowl is not only beautiful, it is functional being food, microwave, oven, & dishwasher safe. This item is a one of a kind piece. Occasionally my pieces may have slight imperfections or marks, adding to the character & signifying that it has been made by hand. Great salad/pasta/serving bowl. Also a great centerpiece!
