So this may not be the most colorful of all my steams, but it is an absolutely powerful & fragrant mixture, bursting with scent & skin healing properties. Here are some of the many benefits of the herbs that I used to create this steam. Comfrey & Calendula: skin nurturing, said to reduce red & swelling Chamomile: renewing, great for agin skin Raspberry leaf, sage & rosemary: said to restore elasticity, cleanse pores, & stimulate the senses & memory You will receive a 4x6 inch baggie filled with enough herbal blend for two face steams. Directions for use: Add half of the contents of the bag to one quart of boiling water. Simmer for five minutes. Tent your head over the steam, removing when it becomes too hot & then replacing again. Steam for 8 minutes & then pat face dry. Optional: Follow with your favorite astringent and/or moisturizer. I have a wonderful lavender astringent & moisturizer in my shop!
