This is the second cook book that has had recipes adapted from other recipes and I would like to thank everyone from the Brisbane Multicultural Community who has contributed with their recipes to make it an International Cuisine theme. The recipes have been adapted for people who have Fructose Malabsorption, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Lactose Intolerant, Gluten Free, Diabetes and Dairy Free. You can also adapt these recipes to suit Vegan, Vegetarian or just plain recipes by using the ingredients that you know well and love to cook with. If I could not make them free for the different issues; I have made them friendly for you to try. Your judgement is all you need and some imagination. These recipes are my recipes to help me with a new eating regime for a medical condition, so now make them your recipes with a little more changing of the ingredients that suit you.
