Press the hydraulic jack switch up or down to lift or lower your vehicle and return it to the center position when the desired height is reached or to turn off the jack ram once down. It has a safety release valve when the electric powered car jack is raised and power is lost, it will stay at that current height without falling; use the safety valve to manually descend the jack ram.
