PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASE YOU MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS TO USE THIS ITEM, A HOUSEHOLD IRON WILL NOT WORK. THIS IS A PHYSICAL SUBLIMATION TRANSFER SHEET. IT IS NOT A DIGITAL IMAGE & NO SHIRT, MUG, ETC. WILL BE SENT The image will arrive to you backwards, ready for you to apply to your own garment If you are using the transfer on shirts or fabric, the material MUST have at least 50% polyester, 100% is always best. White or light colors only (such as light pink, light heather grey, light blue). The higher the polyester content, the brighter & clearer your image will be. The lower the polyester content, the more vintage, faded or aged your image will be. Also, with a lower polyester content, you may see your image fade slightly with the first wash. If using on a mug, tumbler, flag or other non garment, your item must be sublimation ready. These CAN NOT be applied to a dark-colored or black fabrics/materials because there is not white ink used. Where the image appears white, it will become the color of the shirt. White will keep it white, but if you apply to a light gray or other color garment, the white colors will be whatever color the shirt is. The design color will also be altered slightly when using a colored shirt. I use high quality sublimation paper, & sublimation inks to ensure the best quality. I do not offer any refunds on sublimation transfers. It is your responsibility to make sure you are using the correct equipment, following the instructions I provide to you, & you also understand any user errors are your responsibility. I am unable to refund or reship transfers due to user error. Printed detailed instructions WILL be sent with your order on how to press your transfer. Watermarks are for the protection of my design only & will not appear on the transfer. Processing time is 2-5 business days, this is the time it takes me to print & package your item, not the amount of time it will take to get to you. Shipping for is done through USPS First Class Mail with an estimated delivery times anywhere from 3-10 business days after it leaves me. If you would like or need faster delivery please choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout at an additional charge with estimated delivery times of 2-3 business days after it leaves me.
