Infrastructure is physical framework of facilities through which goods and services are provided to the public. This book shows the Regional disparities in the levels of infrastructural development in non-tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh. It has been observed that disparities in the level of infrastructural development vary from region to region. The provision of infrastructural facilities in the study area has largely been examined in the light of both population size and geographic area served. Himachal is located in the Himalayan Mountains having relatively higher impact of physical controls. This book shows that geographical terrain and size of population are affect the infrastructural development. It also tries to investigate the spatio-temporal variations in the overall infrastructural development and future assessment of infrastructural facilities in consonance with projected population.
