Democracies have failed to provide viable governments the people as per their expectations and aspirations for its main lacuna of being only quantitative with no quality consideration of the constituents. This calls for addition of intellect to democratic procedures. The new system is called ‘Intellocracy’ by the Author.The book contains philosophies and provisions of Intellocracy with exemplified failures of democracy. The last section briefs on struggle for a changeover to Intellocracy by the Intellectuals.
