City Island is a strange part of The Bronx, & of New York City at large, in that it is an Island off of The Bronx but is more like a New England Fishing Village in the look & feel of this quaint but cool treasure of NYC. J.P.’s is one of the old school seafood restaurants that City Island is known for.
