This is a 1907 J.R. Watkins Medical Company Almanac, Home Doctor & Cookbook. It is 96 pages long. The Almanac has wear on the cover & edges. There is also writing on the cover as well as some tape across a few tears. One page has a torn corner. But overall not bad for being over 100 years old! This is a fascinating look at life over a century ago. It previously belonged to my father, who sold Watkins products in the sixties, seventies & eighties & loved to collect their old tins, bottles & books. This would make a great addition to any collectors of J.R. Watkins or almanacs. The J.R. Watkins Company was founded in 1868 & today continues to sell household products (home & health remedies as well as baking products). Many people still remember the Watkins man who came door to door in a horse-drawn wagon traveling around the countryside many decades ago. Size: approximately 6" (W), 9" (H) J.r.
