We try our best to select the nicest vintage silverplate, however they may still show some signs of having had a previous life. We highly recommend hand washing all silverplate items. All items in my store are individually stamped & finished by hand. Some slight tool marks will be visible on the back of your item because I am literally striking a tool with my brass hammer on a steel block to create each letter. You will truly be receiving a unique handcrafted item. Because of this you can expect slight imperfections such as letters that may not be perfectly aligned or characters with varying depth.
