The wool has a more natural, rustic medium handle, like traditional heritage sheep wools, & quite a lot of loft & spring to it. Unlike most sheeps’ wool, Dorset wool naturally grows with a circular crimp, making the spun yarn loftier & warmer to wear for better insulation in outer knitwear. This blend has beautiful silver grey highlights, streaked with darker grey throughout & warmer brown tones speckled within. You can’t beat the low budget pricing as well!
