Different environmental conditions and covering (poly tube) recorded numerically and significantly positive effect on mango grafts. Graft in respect to the poly house condition i.e. (E4) was found significantly performance of days to sprouting, percent graft take, number of sprout per graft, height of graft (cm), length of sprout (cm), number of leaves per graft, Leaf area (cm²), survival percent (%) final success percent (%) and stock scion ratio as compare to E1, E2, E3 and open condition (E4) significantly superior in chlorophyll content (mg/gm) as compare to E2, E3 and E1. Regarding the covering (poly house), poly tube covering in mango graft was significantly superior in days to sprouting, percent graft take, number of sprout per graft, height of graft (cm), length of sprout (cm), number of leaves per graft, Leaf area (cm²), survival percent (%), final success percent (%) chlorophyll content (mg/gm) and stock scion ratio as compare to without poly tube covering.
