TIMING This wall decor is NOT stocked it is made-to-order, like the majority of our items. Processing time averages 1-2 weeks + shipping, but time will always vary. Keep reading if you want to learn how to hang your item, about the backside of our carvings, & other general information. HANGING YOUR CARVING On smaller items, we install a saw-tooth hanger. On larger items, we install a cable wire. You will need to install a single screw in the wall to hang your carving. We recommend using an anchor or finding a stud for the screw, though it’s usually not a requirement… but if you don’t use an anchor or find a stud, there is always going to be some risk of it falling. We do NOT provide screws or anchors. Do NOT use a nail, as it will easily pull out from the wall & your item will fall. If you are hanging it above something such as a baby’s crib, we highly recommend an anchor or use of a stud. We have hung many of our larger items without an anchor, & haven’t had any issues, but if you don’t use an anchor or find a stud there is always going to be some risk of it falling down. MORE ABOUT THIS ITEM All our carvings are painted, stained, & sanded by hand… so, there will be minor variations from one to the next… making each Knotty Gal Signature Carving unique.
