Mid Century Modern Gothic Pewter Wine Carafe / Milk Tankard. Time period of this piece is from the 1940’s to early 1960’s. Produced by jewelry maker Black Starr & Gorham in Switzerland. This particular style is a form that I haven’t seen from this company: this is a more streamlined version with cleaner lines & modern styling, but still featuring the classic rams head & acorns design. Will blend into an array of styles, from mid century modern, minimalism, rustic, primitive, gothic, etc. Nice home decor styling piece for bar, kitchen, or dining space. CONDITION: Good condition with wear consistent with age & use of item. Some surface wear can be seen in photos. Aside from a light dusting, any detailed cleaning is left to the buyers discretion.
