Minestrone soup mix Ingredients: Split peas,lentils,barley,pasta & spices. Directions: in a large pot combine 10 cups water, a 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes & soup mix except the pasta. Optonal additions: chopped carrots, potatoes, cooked chicken, cooked sausage. Bring to a boil , reduce heat,cover & simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
