Monumental Art Deco Brooch, Huge 4.25 Inch, Amazing Industrial & Architectural Design, Vintage 1920's/1930's, French Hallmark

Important, & extremely large Deco brooch, totally echoes the industrial & architectural designs of the 20’s & 30’s. Triangles with triangles, buckles, baguettes & hundreds of pave rhinestones compose the essence of this early, massive creation. The industrial design elements of the back of this signed pot metal piece reflect the machine age influence of the 20’s. Modern, severe lines that look like iron & steel architecture amazes front & back. While signed, most areas are worn due to softer pot metal & are hard to decipher. “France” is evident in 2 separate areas, there are initials & a horse & rider hallmark are all detected but make it most difficult to ascertain or pinpoint a specific creator. Condition is very good for its age, 2 small flea bites to 2 of 6 corners of the coveted French green glass triangles. The rest of the glass is pristine. Some small pave rhinestones have been replaced & appear slightly brighter than the original majority. An infinitesimal hint of yellowing is seen as a cast at times, but overall all stones are in excellent bright condition. All metal work is in excellent condition & the clasp is strong & secure.
