The design is created to fit within an 8" x 10" frame opening, but if requested we can make it a different size. CUSTOMIZE YOUR DESIGN All of our designs can be modified by request by choosing different colors or fonts. We can also change the layout, etc if desired. HOW TO CAPTURE YOUR PRINTS We accept prints that were captured in any way (paint, ink, etc) on any type of paper (even prints from a birth record or baby book). INK-LESS PRINT KIT When possible, we highly recommend using Our Ink-less Print Kit to capture your prints. SEND US YOUR PRINTS After receiving your order, we will send you an email with instructions on sending us your prints. You can scan & upload them to us, or you can mail them to our studio. TIME Our production schedule changes depending on the amount of orders we are currently working on. Please look at our shop announcements page for the current turn around time. We typically say our paper keepsakes will ship out 1-2 weeks after receiving your order & prints. HOW TO ORDER When you are “checking out” there will be a “notes” section where you can place your personalization & design requests. Please include all of the information needed, or we will not be able to process your order in a timely manner. Please include: All personalization included in your chosen design: Name, Age, etc All colors: You can choose a specific color for the text & prints Text: You can choose any font you would like, & you can choose more than 1 font PROOF We will send you a proof of your design via etsy.
