Hello dear friends, First, I want to thank you for your support and for following my salads. I am a Software Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in my field, technology. I changed my eating habits in 2012; from red meat, I started eating salads every day because I was facing health problems and gaining weight. It was a personal decision. No doctor or nutritionist was involved. So I started eating salads, but I used to like chicken or seafood as my animal protein. So little by little, my salads became the main meal of my lunch; they are not a companion to anything; they are the big meal. Without noticing, I quit chicken as well, I still like it, but I started trying new things like tofu and jackfruit that I found very attractive for my stomach. I still eat seafood; salmon, tuna, and shrimp are my passion.
