My custom chopsticks are shaped by hand in solid, genuine Hawaiian Koa wood & carved to order with up to 10 letters each, with the same name/word on each or two different names/words. They measure approximately 8 3/8 inches long & taper from about 5/16" to 3/32". They are finished with a food-grade oil finish. 3 ways to order… U.S. First Class shipping included! The table rest is about 3/8 x 3/8 x 1 ½ inches, with semi-circular holds to keep your chopsticks from rolling around. ….or 3.) GIFT SET: ~ $50.00 ~ Includes one pair of personalized chopsticks with matching table rest (above) & a red cotton, hand-sewn drawstring gift bag (shown in last photo) which measures about 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Each stick is “bookmatch” cut from the same block, for best match. Color variances & grain differences are inevitable & appreciated. Natural defects like tight knots & mineral discolorations are NOT avoided unless they threaten the strength of the piece. CHOPSTICK MAINTENANCE: My chopsticks should be hand-washed, but NEVER soaked. Frequent coats of mineral oil and/or beeswax, especially after the first few uses, will protect & help keep them looking fresh. My chopsticks are shaped by hand & are labor intensive. I do not offer discounts for bulk ordering on these. Please beware of “spoof” sites offering these. I currently ONLY sell here on Etsy & am the only one carving them in this manner (as far as I know). SHIPPING: Your order will be carved in the order it is received. I usually carve & ship within 2-3 days, but it may take longer during peak holiday times (October - December). If time is an issue, contact me first for a more accurate production time.
