Glue may be visible on the back of the badge reel but I make sure the front is free of blemishes. -This badge reel is sealed with epoxy, slight air bubbles may visible. Due to the nature of the products, extreme temperatures are not good for these items & can alter the epoxy and/or your design. -Too clean only use soap & water -Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order especially if you are using a PO box address, make sure it’s a USPS verified address. Once I print out the shipping label, I cannot change the address. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. (Note: Etsy doesn’t hold sellers responsible for items lost in mail.) -If your badge reel arrives broken, please take a picture of all packaging & broken item & contact me immediately.
