Beautiful 22K yellow gold pendant, 42mm north to south & set with a gorgeous natural turquoise gem, with the natural variations expected in a gem that has not been tampered with. The pendant is custom made to fit to the turquoise with a wide decorated surround, & the finest twisted rope bezel I have seen. Completely handmade & in very fine condition.
