One of a Kind, Large Vintage, Eight Piece, 1975 Hand Painted Plaster/Chalk-Ware Mid Century Nativity Set. This is one of the best pieces I have ever found. Just the way they are painted is SO Mid Century Mod. I thought it had to be from the 1950’s, but it’s marked KAW “75” on the bottom of each piece except Mary. It’s not painted perfect but that’s what makes it better than perfect. The colors & combinations of colors make it so Mod. Very reminiscent of the movie, The Ten Commandments. A wonderful Christmas Nativity. Three Figures Stand: 9" tall. Three Figures Stand: 12" tall. Baby Jesus is 5" long. Donkey: 10" long.
