This cookbook is an offspring of my books ‘Passion for Healing & Wellbeing’ and ‘Passion for Healthy Foods’. I wanted to continue the guide for transforming health physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As in my first cook book, I am concentrating on healthy, natural, nutritious, and delectable foods because many health problems are a result of unhealthy eating habits. ‘The Passion for Healthy Foods - Alex’s Top Choices’ is a collection of my most favorite recipes. I kept some of the recipes from my original book and added new.
